Permanent cookies
This category encompasses all cookies that remain on your hard drive until you erase them or your browser does, depending on the cookie’s expiration date. We store them for no longer than 12 months.
Session cookies
A session cookie is stored temporarily in the computer's memory while a visitor is on a web page. Session cookies will disappear when you close your browser. On this site session cookies are used to handle information you provide when using Pharmarelations services.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. A user can jump between pages and we will identify it as the same user. This also allows us to maintain the same conversation in the bot even if they switch tabs.
Statistics cookies
Also known as “performance cookies,” these cookies collect information about how you use a website, like which pages you visited and which links you clicked on. None of this information can be used to identify you. It is all aggregated and, therefore, anonymized. Their sole purpose is to improve website functions. The cookies are for the exclusive use of PharmaRelations.
User tracking and third-party cookies
In addition to cookies, we use Leadoo’s tracking service to follow what users are doing on the site and combine this behavioural data with other data we can gather from e.g. chat interactions. Leadoo uses ETag tracking in order to hook together the same user’s behaviour over several sessions. Please check out Leadoo Marketing Technologies Ltd’s Privacy Policy (https://leadoo.com/privacy-policy/) for more information on what is tracked and what your rights are. Leadoo works as the Processor and we work as the Controller for the data in terms of GDPR. You can stop the tracking by emptying your browser’s cache after the visit. For more on how Leadoo works as a GDPR compliant processor, see https://leadoo.com/privacy-policy-processor/.
Controlling cookies
You can turn off cookies in your browser's security settings if you do not accept cookies. You can also set up the browser to get a query every time the site tries to place a cookie on your computer. Through the browser, previously stored cookies can also be deleted, see the browser's help pages for more information.
