Hello and a warm welcome to PhamaRelations! How are you feeling?

Thank you! I feel very welcomed by everyone and excited to start my journey with RharmaRelations. A good start of the new year!

What motivated you to join us at PharmaRelations?

I got such a good feeling about the people at the company, the expertise, customer focus and Nordic collaboration. I was drawn to the alternating work and the opportunity to support and find solutions for others within Marketing Compliance. I only heard positive things about RharmaRelations before joining, so the good reputation also stood out.

Can you tell us a bit about your previous experience?

I've gained a lot of knowledge over the years about the complexity of the pharmaceutical industry and the compliance landscape. At a global pharmaceutical company, I supported sales and marketing colleagues in Marketing Compliance, held trainings, participated in all stages of developing marketing materials and guided colleagues in their daily interactions with customers. Collaboration has been the key, and patient safety a guiding reminder in everything I've taken on. Juggling different markets and regulations is one of my specialties, something that has come with multinational responsibilities and global collaborations. I also have a background in sales and marketing for Swedish pharmacies, so both business understanding and customer service are hardwired in me.

What excites you most about your new role?

I'm always excited to learn more, challenge myself and build professional relationships. I'm excited to dedicate my time to Marketing Compliance and my goal is to grow this service in collaboration with our existing and new clients. I would like to see our support in Marketing Compliance as a compass to help guide the way through a sometimes complex landscape.

What are you most passionate about in your work?

Even though rules and regulations may seem black and white for some, there are nuances. Rules and how one interprets them evolve with a changing society and changing media which I find interesting. In my opinion, working with these questions can be very creative and seeing a concrete end result is always rewarding.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I love food and cooking, especially together with friends and family. I also love live music in all forms, dance, art, theater and books. My kids do a lot of sports so I guess I can say I'm some sort of cheerleader too, haha, a big supporter at least!
