PharmaRelations - Your Full Service Partner across phases and functions
The Life Science Consulting Group has its full focus on making life easier for our clients in the Nordic Life Science sector.
"We have some 150 client based consultants working across the Nordics and another 50 consultants office based in our seven life science hubs across the Nordics," says Fredrik Anjou, CEO of PharmaRelations. "We are relentlessly working on adding new services demanded by the industry and adding new experts to our competence hub.”
“We are offering services across the different phases of the product life cycle, reducing complexity, and making it easier to move from one phase to another, seamless. The type of service can vary from consultancy to outsourcing and recruitment as well as combinations of the different types of services. You can move across functions, we offer most of the expertise areas that Life Science needs.”, says Fredrik.
“Life Science as an industry experiences serious lack of resources at present and we as a consulting company have an important role to address the scarcity of talented resources and increase accessibility through sharing competence to as many users as possible. During 2021 we supported more than 200 different companies in Nordic Life Science with a variety of Talent Services. Most of them are repeat customers that work together with us on a frequent basis, that is how we how grown as a company. Going forward we hope to develop closer relationships, to deepen our support and increase the value that we add.
“The demand from Life Science for specialized services within Validation, Process and Production development as well as Automation & Digitization is very high at present. I believe many companies are updating and automating their production facilities with new techniques. More production is likely to take place locally in smaller plants in the future, so there are several trends coinciding and building demand for our expertise”, says Thomas Grundström, Nordic Head of PharmaRelations Medical Engineering team.
“The reputation of PharmaRelations as an Employer is vital to be able to employ the persons that we want, and this is why we have to ensure at all times that we as a company is a highly competitive employer.
The War for Talent and the Learning Organization
In PharmaRelations we must meet the needs of our present and future employees to be an attractive employer. “Continuous competence development and being part of a “Learning organization” are important factors when employees choose their employers. PharmaRelations want to be in the forefront and offer extensive development opportunities, while at the same time underlining the responsibility of each individual to take responsibility for his or her development”, explains Fredrik Anjou, CEO of PharmaRelations.
“The Life Science industry and its support organizations, of which PharmaRelations is one, need to work harder on developing and train more talent in the years to come to be able to meet the demand for resources.”
"Internally in PharmaRelations we work hard to meet our own mantra and ambition of becoming the Best Place to Work in the industry in the Nordics, it is a long-term commitment, not a quick fix.”
