From a Recruitment Assignment to a Functional Business Transformation solution within PV saving time, money and reducing risk but also leading to long term cooperation.
The Client, a Swedish pharmaceutical company, contacted PharmaRelations for support to recruit a Quality Director. The need to fill the role was urgent but included a profile that would be very difficult and therefor potentially time-consuming to find.
It was agreed that the company should in parallel be supported by Pharmarelations Quality and PV departments in order not to lose valuable time. The cooperation lead to Pharmarelations supporting the Client to build their own PV system and outsourcing their PV function to PharmaRelations as the Nordic top consulting company in this area, a mini business transformation that simplified and improved the company´s processes.
The company was supported by an Interim Quality Specialist during the recruitment process for the Quality Director as well as by an Interim Head of Regulatory. Six months later, the same company wanted our support to recruit a Senior Marketing Professional and wanted interim support during the recruitment process.
